If you are looking for a place to sell or pawn your gun in NC you can bring it by our store during normal business hours Monday thru Saturday. We will buy your gun outright, give you a loan on your gun or you can use our consignment program to sell your gun. All of our consignment guns for sale in our store are subject to the owners approval prior to sale.
" I tried to sell my guns through an ad in my local paper and on a gun auction site. That was a joke! I had 13 guns I wanted to sell from a $100 shotgun to a $1,000 rifle. I did not get a single call from the paper and a couple of bids that were not even close to the reserve on my guns.
Then I decided to try my local gun shop to see if they would do a consignment plan. I was turned away. They told be that they were not interested because the guns would compete with their guns for sale in the store.
I got on the internet and found Haw River Outdoors. They were more than happy to place my guns on consignment and I felt like they would treat my guns like any of the other guns for sale in the store. I was right within three days they called me and had sold 4 of my guns.
A couple of days later I found out I was going to have to move asap to take a new job in AZ. I called them and asked them if they would be interested in buying my guns outright. The told me that they would get some numbers together and call be back. I wasn't sure if I would get anything close to what I was asking on consignment but boy was I surprised! They called me back and had a buyer for all five of my military guns at 10% less than what I was asking. They bought the last five of my guns at a fair price.
I could not have been anymore pleased with Haw River Outdoors. If you are looking for a place to sell or consign your guns go see these guys. They already have a lot of guns for sale. But like they told me you can never have to many guns for sale in a gun shop!!!! "
